At Tyler McGillivary, we want you to love your bold and unique pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and secure the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your return label to ensure timely processing.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a small restocking fee, within 5-10 business days.
